When you list your home for sale with me, a professional photographer will take all of the photos of your home and also create a real 3D Virtual Tour of your entire home at no extra cost! The 3D Virtual Tour allows potential buyers to walk through your home online. It also creates a floor plan with room sizes. Aerial Photos Included

New MLS Rules: Photos with embedded captions (in the photo itself) are no longer permitted on Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. I still place captions on the photos I place on MLS, but captions embedded in the photo are no longer allowed on MLS.

Discount Commission Details
The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing you as your agent in the sale of your property and for marketing/promoting your property until it is sold. Real estate commissions are negotiable. Sellers are NOT required to pay the buyer’s agent a commission. If you choose to pay a commission to the buyer’s agent, that fee would be in addition to the 1% Listing Commission fee I charge for my services.
